Abstract
The new and data at 50 MeV are found to decrease the probable range of the phase shifts. The phase, however, is strongly predicted to be far from the value expected on the basis of models; this reflects on the consistency of the data. The most significant result is the rejection of solution 2. Comparison is made to the results of Batty and Perring.
