Abstract
Using the technique of an electron beam crossing a laser beam, an experiment is proposed not only for resolving the controversy of the electron mass-shift effect, but also for confirming the peculiar longitudinal and transverse motion of an electron in an electromagnetic traveling wave.Keywords
