Abstract
The test described can be used as a screening test in the diagnosis of sleeping sickness, with material which is easily collected and identified, and which can be sent to a central laboratory by post. The test itself is simple, economical in the use of specific anti-IgM serum, and 1 laboratory technician with 2 helpers can carry out 1,000 tests in one day. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
