Abstract
The concept of a noninvariance group is introduced by considering some classical systems. This is then used to study properties of strongly interacting particles. A logically consistent way of deriving static properties such as magnetic moments and electromagnetic mass differences, as well as predictions regarding scattering cross sections, is described. Keywords
