Analysis of Tetracyclines in Honey and Royal Jelly by LC/MS/MS

Abstract
高速液体クロマトグラフィー/タンデム質量分析法(LC/MS/MS)を用いた,ハチミツおよびローヤルゼリー中のオキシテトラサイクリン(OTC),クロルテトラサイクリン(CTC),テトラサイクリン(TC)の3種のテトラサイクリン系抗生物質(TCs)の簡便で精度の高い分析法を検討した.LC/MS/MS条件はポジティブモード,LC条件はカラムに L-column ODS を,移動相に 0.01% ギ酸-アセトニトリルを用いた.前処理法としてハチミツについては精製水で希釈後,ローヤルゼリーについては 2% メタリン酸-メタノール混液(6 : 4)で除タンパク後,それぞれ Oasis HLB, Sep Pak C18 で精製した.本法による定量下限値はハチミツでTCおよびOTCが 5 ng/g, CTC が10 ng/g, ローヤルゼリーで TC および OTC が 25 ng/g, CTCが50 ng/であった.また,添加回収率はいずれも 75~120% であった.Keywords
