Abstract
Desoxyribonuclease activity was determined in rat livers and spleens at pH''s 5 and 7.4. The activity of spleen at pH 5 was markedly elevated 12-24 hrs. after 500 r total body X-irradiation. The other activities were unchanged. Maximal response of the enzyme was elicited by a dose of 200 r.Keywords
