Abstract
The integrated electric dipole absorption cross section and bremsstrahlung-weighted cross section are calculated for . By using a two-body interaction operator having a Serber exchange character with a repulsive core and tensor component, it is found that MeV-mb and mb, in reasonable agreement with the current experimental values: MeV-mb and mb.
