Abstract
Human fibroblast interferon was partially purified, approximately 4000-fold, on a chromatographic tandem of columns: concanavalin A-agarose .fwdarw. phenly-agarose, to a specific activity of approximately 4 .times. 107. The overall recovery of interferon activity was approximately 60%.This publication has 24 references indexed in Scilit:
