Abstract
Goodpasture''s syndrome occurred in a 17-year-old boy, with a fatal course. Gamma globulin was demonstrated in the alveolar septa, as well as in the basement membrane of glomeruli. This finding suggests that the pulmonary lesions in this syndrome result from the same mechanism as that responsible for the renal lesions. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
