Abstract
Cord blood samples [93] from Black [human] neonates were evaluated for total Ig[immunoglobulin]E level using the PRIST [paper radioimmunosorbent test] method. The results reveal values comparable to IgE levels in other racial groups, suggesting that influence of racial differences was not obvious at this stage.
