Abstract
The Schumacher-Slichter technique was utilized to determine the absolute Pauli spin susceptibility of stage-1 and stage-2 graphite-As intercalation compounds. The results lead to a determination of the densities of states at the Fermi energy, 2.8× and 3.7× states/eV , respectively; substantially lower than in metals with comparable conductivity.
