Abstract
This is a report of some methodological studies on the enzymatic determination of blood sugar, in particular concerning the composition of the enzyme mixture, the non-specific oxidation, the precipitation media, the effect of added heparin, fluoride, and benzoic acid, and the glutathione problem. A procedure of enzymatic blood sugar determination which affords considerable accuracy is described. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
