Abstract
A method of measuring and describing atmospheric noise based on statistical considerations is presented, and apparatus for making the measurement is described. Results obtained are compared on a statistical basis with those obtained by methods of noise measurements in common use. Data obtained at low frequencies are discussed.Keywords
