Abstract
This article spells out the potential contributions to organizational research stemming from different research paradigms. The aim is to help move debate about paradigms beyond recognition that different perspectives exist, to a stage at which we can harness the possibilities they have to offer. The article identifies and counter poses specific insights of different paradigms and examines the institutional constraints that must be modified if the research possibilities they offer are to be realized in practice. Keywords
