Studies on Thin Polycrystalline Layers of Thallium Selenide

Abstract

Photosensitive thallium selenide cells have been prepared by previous workers by vacuum evaporation. We have succeeded in depositing these layers chemically for the first time. The characteristics of these deposited layers such as spectral response, effect of dopants and structure are studied and discussed.
