Abstract
The goals, needs, and problems of individual health and welfare agencies in the community, and how these may impede interorganizational relationships, form the central focus of this report. Various approaches are suggested by which these barriers may be overcome. Finally, the authors emphasize the need to direct the natural interplay among agencies to meet the health needs of the community. Keywords
