Abstract
Results are given of orchard studies from 1947 through 1950 with 18 acaricides for control of the 2-spotted spider mite (Tetranychus bimaculatus), the European red mite (Paratetranychus pilosus), and the clover mite (Bryobia praetiosa) on apple trees, and the Pacific mite (Tetranychus pacificus) and 2-spotted spider mite on pear trees. The summary rates the insecticides in the order of their value, as used against each of the mites.
