Abstract
The in vitro rate of passage of diodrast (D) between cells and plasma is very low. The in vivo rate of passage is high enough in the dog that renal vein cell D is lower than arterial cell D; the cells contribute D to the urine. At arterial plasma levels below 13 mg. I per 100 cc. extraction averaged 0.74; at higher plasma levels extraction fell progressively. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
