As presented at the Second Conference on The User and Fabric Filtration Equipment, this keynote address served to bridge the two year period between the first and second conferences. In this condensation, the author discusses the current state of the industry, and points out some of the user’s responsibilities to the goal of achieving regulation compliance in a cost-effective manner.
