Abstract
The macroscopic renormalization-group method is applied to the Anderson model of localization of noninteracting electrons using sensitivity to boundary conditions to characterize localization. We find a critical point at W/V=14.6±1.1 with a correlation-length exponent ν=1.49±0.22.Keywords
