Surgical Management of Late Closure of Aortofemoral Reconstruction Grafts

Abstract

Unilateral late graft thrombosis, an infrequent complication after aortofemoral grafting procedures, usually produces incapacitating ischemia of the involved lower extremity. Eighteen patients with this complication were treated surgically.
