Capgras syndrome in a patient with myxedema

Abstract

What may be the 1st reported case of Copgras syndrome associated with, or precipitated by, myxedema was described. The patient''s mental status dramatically returned to normal with gradual thyroid replacement. Organicity tests should be done routinely on patients manifesting Capgras features.
