Abstract
Honey flavonoids were isolated by disposable C18 solid state extraction columns and determined by reversed phase HPLC. The main flavonoid in four samples of Swiss honeys (two of floral, and two of honeydew origin) was pinocembrin. Its concentration in honey varied between 2 and 3 ppm. The main flavonoid in two propolis samples of Swiss origin was pinocembrin and its average concentration was 10%.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
