Abstract
The energy levels of a pair of coupled anharmonic oscillators are studied. The technique employed is to find two approximately canonical coordinate momentum pairs. Particular emphasis is placed on the qualitative dependence of the coordinate and momentum operators on the quantum numbers.Keywords
