Abstract
From 10 series of observations on healthy [male] rabbits the authors conclude that under certain special conditions which it is reasonable to suppose lead to full renal activity creatinine excretion is similar to urea excretion in that the urine rate is directly proportional to the plasma concentration. The excretory ratio: Urine rate/Plasma concentration is consistently higher for creatinine than for urea. The significance of this is discussed. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
