Failure of Reserpine to Cause Depletion of Gastrin in Canine Antral Mucosa.

Abstract

Administration of large doses of reserpine to dogs 24 hours prior to sacrifice failed to reduce the amount of gastrin extractable from antral mucosa by the Gregory method.
