A manual is presented for use by experimenters in highenergy physics who will use the fast logic circuits at Brookhaven and for those who will maintain the circuits. Construction and shielding, nanocard interconnections, transistor limiters, discriminators, coincidence circuit, fanout, scaler, scaler-driver, four-fold fan-in nanocard, time-to-pulse-height converter, single- shot pulser, and gate circuit are described.
