Hyperkeratosis Lenticularis Perstans (Flegel)

Abstract
The 4th case of hyperkeratosis lenticularis perstans is reported. It is an inflammatory type of keratosis affecting mainly the extremities and more characteristically and heavily, the lower ones. In these cases there were scattered miniature lesions on the trunk also. The nature of the condition is unknown, but it could be a genodermatosis of late onset. The patient had a history of a long-continued contact with tar.
