Large angleπd scattering in the region of the (3,3) resonance

Abstract
The differential cross section has been measured for the elastic πd scattering reaction between 73° and 172° at 11 energies between 124 and 324 MeV. The data agree well in the regions of angular overlap with previous measurements in the forward hemisphere, but disagree with some earlier large angle measurements. In particular, within the statistical accuracy of our data, no significant structure is observed in the energy dependence of the large angle cross sections.Keywords
