Isolation of a New Lactobacillus casei Factor

Abstract
A new compd. was isolated in crystalline form which stimulates growth of L. casei, S. lactis R and the chick. This compd. is less active than a previously obtained liver factor. These compds., as well as a stimulating factor from yeast, appear to be different from "folic acid.".This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
