Elevated Chemokine Responses Are Maintained in Lungs after Clearance of Viral Infection

Abstract
We observed two patterns of chemokine expression in the lungs of mice infected with murine gammaherpesvirus 68: peaks of chemokine expression correlated with or occurred after the peak of viral gene expression. Chemokine expression remained elevated through 29 days postinfection.Keywords
