SIMULTANEOUS STUDY OF THE CONSTITUENTS OF THE SWEAT, URINE AND BLOOD, ALSO GASTRIC ACIDITY AND OTHER MANIFESTATIONS RESULTING FROM SWEATING

Abstract
Barney''s contention that the total N per 100 cc. of sweat is more than double that of the total non-protein N of the blood is confirmed in most instances. There is only a slight correlation in the total N of the sweat and urine. Some relation between the total N of the sweat and the total non-protein N of the blood was found to exist. No correlation was found between the chlorides and total N of the sweat.
