The Hypocalcemic, Hyperphosphatemic and Parathyroid Hormone Inhibitory Action of Indomethacin

Abstract
Indomethacin [prostaglandin inhibitor] can lower the level of Ca and increase the level of P circulating in both intact and thyroparathyroidectomized rats. Indomethacin inhibited the hypercalcemic and hypophosphatemic action of parathyroid hormone.
