Pion photoproduction onLi6near threshold

Abstract

We present the results of an improved calculation of pion photoproduction on ${}_{}{}^6{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{Li}$ near threshold and compare with the recent data of Deutsch et al. The theoretical cross sections are found to be about 60% higher than the experimental values.
