Modelling of Schottky-barrier diode loaded microstrip array elements

Abstract
A full-wave analysis of an infinite array of probe-fed rectangular microstrip patches loaded with Schottky-barrier diodes is described. The theoretical model was verified using a waveguide simulator and excellent agreement was achieved.
