Abstract
The NMR spectra of various eukaryotic ferricytochromes c and ferrocytochromes c are described. The proteins from the species donkey, cow, dog, rabbit, children and pigeon were investigated. The conformation of these proteins detected NMR were compared to horse and tuna cytochromes c, and in some cases small differences were found. These differences in structure were shown to correlate with antigenic differences between the various proteins. This publication has 22 references indexed in Scilit:
