Abstract
The reliability and factor structure of the Nurses'' Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation (NOSIE) was studied in a group of short-stay psychiatric patients (n = 247) of a Dutch psychiatric university clinic. The NOSIE had good interrater reliability. With the exception of the social competence and personal neatness subscales, 5 of the original 7 scales could be replicated when compared with American and British studies. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
