Abstract
This study shows that a substantial reduction in serum methionine levels in homocystinuria may be achieved by a low methionine diet, but not by the administration of pyridoxine, serine, cysteine, or penicillamine. Details of a simple, workable low methionine exchange diet [for human infants] were evolved and are presented for the 1st time. Keywords
