Abstract
SYNOPSIS IN INTERLINGUA ACCEPTATION DE FLUORURO PER INTACTE HUMAN ADAMANTE DENTAL AB ACIDULATE PREPARATOS DE PHOSPHATO DE FLUORURO.—Le tractamento de adamante con solution o gel a fluoruro esseva continuate durante 4 o 10 minutas. Stratos esseva removite pro le analyse per dissolution in HC1O4 de 0,5 N in un vaso de diffusion Conway in que, post le diffusion, le concentration de calcium esseva determinate como base pro le computation del spissitate del strato. Le resultatos indica approximativemente un sextuple augmento del fluoruro in le stratos superficial. Le nivello de fluoruro remaneva alte usque a un profundor de 30 μ post ambe tempores de tractamento sed esseva plus alte post 10 minutas.
