Abstract
In the course of pathological study of chronic scurvy in the guinea pig, deposits of amyloid in various organs were unexpectedly observed. This is the first report of amyloidosis in the guinea pig and the possible role of dietary deficiency in the pathogenesis of amyloid deposition is noted. Keywords
