Three Cases Resembling Polyarteritis Nodosa Arising During Treatment with Guanethidine

Abstract
Three cases are described in which "collagen vascular disease" developed during treatment of long-standing hypertension with guanethidine. They presented as mononeuritis multiplex, polyarteritis nodosa, and cerebral vasculitis respectively. A possible causal relationship with guanethidine is discussed.Keywords
