Abstract
The fallacy in a recently proposed theory of minority carrier cooling is pointed out. The correct approach is given and the current literature on the subject is summarized. It is emphasized that cooling devices utilizing minority carrier effects are normally less efficient than conventional thermocouple modules. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
