Abstract
A simple method for immunochemical quantitation of serum beta-lipoprotein is described. The values obtained by means of this method manifest a close correlation with serum beta-lipoprotein values determined by a polyanion precipitation method (r = 0.97) and paper electrophoresis (r = 0.99). The test can be performed with 0.1 ml. of capillary blood, and only minimal equipment and technical skill are required.Keywords
