Abstract
An ENDOR study of the center in LiF has been performed. Hyperfine constants for 10 sets of nonequivalent neighboring nuclei have been determined by fitting the data with a spin Hamiltonian. The results of this study show that the center is an molecule ion which is oriented along a direction and located on an lattice site, and which is associated with a impurity.
