Abstract
A device for coupling a glass fiber to a stripline of an integrated optical device is described. The adjustment is sufficiently precise to connect single-mode waveguides. In the case of single-mode fiber-fiber-connections, coupling efficiencies between 85% and 95% were measured. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
