Abstract
Following immunization of 1,099 individuals with an anti-genic pneumococcus polysaccharide, polyvalent Types I and II, the % of individuals with antibodies was increased from 32% to 94+%. Much individual variation in antibody response was observed, from those who showed none to some whose sera (0.1 cc.) protected mice against 100,000 lethal doses. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
