Abstract
Glutamic pyruvic transaminase in hepatic tissue decreases after a single injection of 0.1 ml chemically pure CCl4 per 100 g body weight. Five days after the injury the content is only 40% of normal values. From the 6th day the content begins to increase. Ten days after the injury the values are still lower than normal values but this difference is not significant. Keywords
