Abstract
The band structure for silver is computed using the augmented-plane-wave method. The values were computed for the equivalent of 2048 points in the Brillouin zone. The results are presented in the conventional manner. From these calculations the Fermi energy, Fermi surface, de Haas-van Alphen frequencies, and density of states were determined.
