Abstract
A review is given of the inborn and acquired abnormalities of the complement system, and the complement component utilization profile is discussed. The development of this profile with its implications for mechanisms of tissue injury will probably assist diagnosis and may direct therapeutic efforts and their objective evaluation. This publication has 77 references indexed in Scilit:
