Abstract
The muscarinic activities and rates of hydrolysis by acetylcholinesterase of the optical isomers of the acetyl-α- and acetyl-β-methylcholines of known configuration have been determined. The results have been correlated and the possible characteristics of muscarinic receptors outlined. Keywords
